Finally
Couple of comments:

1) Ford Focus - 2001 model threw a rod at 105K miles. I junked it back in March.
2) 1968 Mustang - my first car. Horrible seat. Horrible visibility (long hood). Horrible engine (in-line 6, IIRC). Horrible handling in the snow. Horrible reliability. It was a Pinto with a flashy body.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

HOLY CARP!!!
I had a late 80's Plymouth Horizon. I had to put $4,000 in it over a year and a half to keep in running. I sold it with 100,000 for $1,000. I've never buy a Plymouth again.

Drove a Charger recently (as a rental).
Not "bad" (actually, better than most other American rental cars I've driven).
But still not as smooth as a Honda Civic Hybrid or Toyota Camry.

"Smooth" isn't what I would expect from a Charger.

As we used to say back in the day about the old 426 hemi with a Hurst speed-shifter, "It's got 4 speeds - first, second, third and git it"

Had a friend who had a Charger with a 440, with two 650cfm Holleys sitting on top of a high-rise Eldebrock and a 3/4 Crane cam...he'd put a $100 bill on the dash and tell you if you could grab it when he hollered "Go!", you could have it.

I don't think he ever lost that hundred bucks...
