HOLY CARP!!!
|
Good grief...I don't DOooooooo this. But I've been nothing but tears the last couple of weeks. Amy graduated Saturday. I sang the graduation ceremony, so I had to keep the tears at bay during that time, but the rest of the time has been one boo-hoo after another. I had to put her baby pictures together for her senior slide show...boo hoo. We had to say goodbye to the two exchange students (one from Korea, one from Taiwan) and that was hard. Last night was the thespian awards banquet for my kids at the high school...BAWL...more of "my babies" all grown up and leaving. Thank God Amy's still going to be in Kansas...I'd probably do something embarrassing like....move...so I could see her more often. For your entertainment...the photos from the senior slide show, and her graduation pic: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This one made everybody laugh because...well...other kids sleep with their teddy bears. Amy slept with her trophy: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

What they say is true...when you have boys, they don't return home as much, but when you have girls, get ready to add the son-in-law to the family table on a regular basis. It all works out... |

HOLY CARP!!!

This is probably true of other people's daughters Jolly...But Amy's different from the rest of the children. In 4 short years, she'll go wherever the Army tells her to go. Her career goals include oak leaves, so that's a long-term plan. I expect I'll be chasing my grandchildren around the globe so they'll know who I am. |

Kincaid, that will change. There's nothing like leaving home to realise what there is to miss, and I'm not talking about just the food. |

yep...and that picture is well over a year old. She's a monster in the weight room. If her limbs weren't so long, she could be a weight lifter. She has great form and really enjoys it. She's just built all wrong for that. But that's okay, because she's all rightfor basketball! |
