From here I've met R2 (obviously), Mark, and Shammy (I haven't seen her posting for a long time). Over on the WTF side of the street, I've met EHpianist, Matt G., and Rick Zimmer. I've been at the same place as Dewey within hours of him, but we haven't met yet. I hope that changes sometime. I also hope to meet many more forumites as opportunity allows. Big Al |

Not all these folks will register as familiar with everyone as some don't post here, but are included because they are part of the collective online piano community. Jack Frost Kathy K JBryan Ruyan Bryan CathyS apple jon-nyc kluurs CHAS Mark Elena Beelady Bernard Ariel-aka-Amanda Opera Tenor Rich Galassini pique' Phlebas Realplayer Jeffrey lilylady rontuner Sharon (s57something or other) Piano Again Mary Anna MattG Muffin Puffin Bootsy LJC Grotriman Axtremus TerryTunes Lucy In The Sky CJ Quinn I know I'm forgetting some - not intentional, I assure you. Sadly, with the exception of CathyS, I've not met anyone from my own backyard. I'm hoping that will change this August -- Improv and I are hosting a piano party in August - either the 10th or 17th. Mary Anna will be in Richmond for a book signing of her latest novel, and she and Muffin will be staying with us. We hope at least *some* of you NoVa people will make the effort! |

Luke's Dad, (I think M&M's and Luke but I'm fuzzy on it. I believe it was at a Costco), Jack Frost, KathyK and 89th. And, of course, the elusive TomK and his wife. I have to say THAT was very surreal. I've talked to several others over the phone and exchange Christmas cards with many. I had opportunities to meet BeeLady, Axtremus, the mini-Axtremus's (altho' they don't post here. Not yet anyway), CathyS and Big Al. But more fool I, I got shy. There was a WTF party a couple months ago, but it was just too far to drive (3 hours one way and it wasn't a good time). I certainly hope to meet more someday. Person I'd most like to meet? At least, this month? Aqua. |

I've met 56 from the forums, of which 5 are exclusively PW posters, the other 51 are members of TNCR, WTF, or both (mostly both). I'll get to the rest of you all, eventually. ![]() Bernard may have met more than me. He's been up and down the east coast, plus out west at least once. If he has, though, I'll catch up with him once I'm not working.

There really are a lot. I'm surprised there hasn't been a big meet-up yet. Maybe nobody feels like dealing with the traffic.

Not many. I've spoken on the phone with Larry and TomK. Several years back, I met an old rmmp-er named Jon Parker while visiting Denver. Got to meet Chris, Bonnie, and Tim Aher. Had the pleasure of closing down a Starbucks one night with Mark. I've been on exotic international trips with Bee Lady, and now I've met Ax. I haven't been able to meet up with Big Al or R2 while I'm in the 'Burgh yet, but hopefully soon. Many more future meetings too, I hope. |
