I've been on holiday in the sun, canoeing and cycling, drinking fine wines and eating delicious food. Back at school now. It sucks a bit. How are you?
Death is simply a shedding of the physical body like the butterfly shedding its cocoon. It is a transition to a higher state of consciousness where you continue to perceive, to understand, to laugh, and to be able to grow.

Good. How is your diet going? I hope you're eating more than sandwiches for dinner.

It's going well - was at 207 pounds as of March 20th and a month later I'm at 197....net loss of about 10 pounds in a month. I was as low as 194 on Saturday morning, but I ate a bunch that weekend. Yes, still sticking to my club sandwich, chips, and diet coke lunch and dinner routine....tastes great and it really works! Although I admit I eat what I want on the weekends...for example this past weekend on Saturday and Sunday I had large cheeseburgers for dinner. :)

Well as long as you enjoy it! ^_^ I would start craving hot food, chips and pasta...

Supersecret message to Sarah from 89th!
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

LD - can't access youtube. :weeping:

Sarah - I am a *huge* late night eater. I love to eat then. That's probably when it's the hardest...forcing myself not to go to the kitchen before bed and grab a piece of bread and peanut butter and milk. But I am hungry then...I guess you could say I go to bed hungry. ^_^

But whatever, it's all about discipline! Each morning I wake up and have either eggs or a fruit nutrition bar and some milk (or juice). Then for lunch and dinner you already know my routine. Mix in a workout (1/2 mile swim or 2 mile run and lifting) during my work lunch break and you get a steady weight loss. It's not the easiest thing to do (since I *love* to eat) but I am an advocate of self-discipline and working hard if you want to achieve results you want. No excuses!

*snigger*

Sorry!

Good for you - it must feel great doing all that. I wish I could swim every day. When I get my Greek seaside villa...

I would like a Greek seaside villa....anything on the Amalfi coast of Italy is fine, too! That would be a dream...

Why did you "snigger"? Because huge = fat, or because huge = something related to the youtube video?

Same - minus the holiday

Poor kids (those in France). Every six weeks they have a vacation. The last one was "spring vacation".
