As proposed by Limbaugh, it was an effort to have Republicans re-register as Dems for the Pennsylvania Primary and vote Clinton.

Gentlemen, it is now time for those Republicans true, and of stout heart, to cut a check to the Clinton campaign.

I guess it's not just the Dems who are a bit lost.

The whole idea is to keep the Democrats running against each other and exposing each other's negatives as long as possible. None of these Republicans actually want Hillary to win.

I realise it's tactical voting. However, some of them don't appear to want McCain to win either.

You are correct John.

No, that is not correct. As much as many Conservatives have their differences with McCain they are rational enough to realize that the choice is either McCain or one of the two Dems. McCain wins their support on that one.

I have to admit I hardly believe anything any of them say. Their primary objective appears to be not to lose voters - not even to win them, just to not say anything which could lose them. I don't see a whole lot conviction on display.

That's totally dishonest in my opinion.

The vote isn't to give Republicans a chance to mess with the process, it's supposed to be for Democrats to pick their candidate.

What they're doing here is nothing more than exploitation. You're going outside the intent of the process, manipulating it for your own purposes.

And I'm all about it! :thumb:

I've always been for open primaries. I think all US citizens should have the right to select the best candidate from each party. As I said before, I would much rather see Clinton back in office, before Obama.
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.
