Crash claims that his posts on women are all a joke. I think not. What say you? |

Obviously they are jokes. And anyway, I never mentioned ANYTHING about persuading women to have sex with me who don't want to - I think you are misrepresenting what I said, so your question is not valid to begin with. Seriously, it's not hard to see the stuff that I say in jest, and what is serious. (The "woman situation" is obviously a different case - I don't think 1hp is referring to that.) And anyway, Larry's 30 sock puppets will certainly change the vote, huh? |

I'm not going to waste time looking for the thread, but that is exactly what you talked about. You met someone and they didn't want to have sex with you, and you came to the forum and asked how to change the young woman's mind. You have zero respect for women. |

1hp, please find it. Or else it's just useless diatribe. Find the exact thing I said, and then we can talk about it. You are misrepresenting me with bias. |

One problem is that Crash has said both. He's said he was joking, he's said he was serious. |

It seems like I need to clarify everything that is twisted around. I was joking about objectifying women, I don't think anyone here believes that I go around actually thinking that. I was "Serious" about my woman situation, when I asked for advice, etc. There is a difference there, note it. That's the truth. The only thing that I will concede is that it may be hard for people to understand the difference between sarcasm, tongue in cheek, and what they may think to be serious sometimes. But that is another point entirely, unrelated. It doesn't mean that I am serious about what I joke about. |

Oh puuuuaahhleeezz, don't act so shocked. I think zillions of guys do or think the same thing but would never admit it in public. I'm not defending it. Men are pigs. We always have been. Most pretend they are not, but inside their private thoughts they want to boink everything with boobs. |

I find it funny how there are very few people logged in right now and active, yet there have been 22 votes so far on this thread in like 5-10 minutes, and most of them no's. Obviously Larry's many sock puppets are infiltrating the count. It's funny how it goes up by 1 every few minutes like clockwork, almost like he's logging in and out! And he isn't logged in as Larry, because he's in as someone else, if you check the page right now - hahaha. It's too funny. Hey, if you think that's unlikely, just remember he just impersonated me. He probably voted with that sock, too! I was checking the "last click" page, and barely anyone was here - just 1hp, myself, and a few others. Ha. If so many people thought no, they sure haven't posted in the thread, huh? |

I wouldn't find it surprising if the vote was like 4-4, 4-5, etc - but 4-18 in 10 minutes, with barely anyone active, is a bit suspicious. Ha. |

Well, you're already caught in a lie about it, claiming that I was logged in as someone else. I have been outside for at least half an hour. I didn't vote in the poll at all. |

whatever.. i have always found his posts truthful and thought provoking, a window into the brain of a genius, not from American with different senses about things.. there is a vocal group of college kids that shun him... (thanks to certain people always dissing him - odd how they all have come to sound like Larry with the vernacular of the Tennessian). i find that really odd yet understandable given the fact they are still pack kids. i for one never open lol cat threads.. i think they're stupid but see no point in ranting about them or sharing my dislike of them except to point out a comparison. |

I don't think I would have admitted that...... Uh.... which did you find the most thought provoking from his posts yesterday by the way - his discussion about sneezing with a hard on, or his prose about jerking off more than once a day?
Not quite sure what you're getting at with this one. Are you trying to blame me for their shunning him, or are you taking a swipe at Tennesseans? If the college kids shun him, maybe both of you need to take a little closer look at just why that is. Maybe they shun him because he's acting too stupid for them to want to be associated with him. |

Crash is a bright kid there is no question about it. That does not give him a pass on treating people with respect. I often see a bit of myself in him when I was about his age. One day he will find that in manipulating people for his own entertainment the joke is really on him. I hope he finds that out a lot easier than I did but I kind of doubt he will. |

I Owe It All To John D'Oh
|
A few people here have referred to Crash from time to time as a genius. Sorry, I just don't get it. He doesn't seem like a genius to me, from his posting. He barely rises to the level of marginally clever. He seems more like a spoiled rich kid, or maybe just a poseur. So, I'm with Larry on that. |

HOLY CARP!!!

It is my opinion that CrashTest has far-above-average gifts in music composition and piano playing. If I praised CrashTest, it's because of his music, not because of his verbal postings. As for 1hp's poll, I think it's slanted against CrashTest and didn't vote. For one thing, the "always has been [a joke]" a joke clause gives me pause. Many of us talk about the fairer sex from time to time, and often not in the sort of "politically correct" manner that we would in real life, yet we are sometimes serious about what we say, even when what we say is not politically correct. For example, the women pictures that TomK posted on Fridays in some regularity, Mik's "red head" pictures, and improviso's "women fishing/angler" pictures. There's always some jest and some truth in these guys' handling of subjects/pictures involving women when posting in TNCR. So is CrashTest's handling of the same. I don't believe CrashTest is always joking when posting on the subject of women. I don't believe CrashTest is always serious when posting on the subject of women. That's no different than what most of do when posting on the subject of women. Furthermore, if we want to start making polls to put individual members on public trials, why not a poll on whether David Burton has always been serious about his "Barge" theory? Why not a poll on whether Larry has always been serious about his "Liberalism is a mental disease" tag line? How far do we want to go with this "judge your peer with a poll" practice? |

Hey, Larry, no body asks you be the "Defender of the Forum," it's neither your role nor your place to play "Defender of the Forum." If you want to tell CrashTest you don't like him or his posts, fine. Speak for yourself. But you don't get to do that in the guise of "defending the forum." Besides, even if "defending the forum" is what you were trying to do, your method of impersonating another member and lying to the forum about it stinks anyway. |
