Finally
I looked at the membership here, and looked at some of the more prolific posters (I think I went up to 2000 posts) who are MIA. Here's the list I came up with:

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Wonder where Horace is?

Maybe great members never really leave, they just fade away?

Horace is the one that puzzles me the most.

Of the ones I've been around for: KB, ny1911, Cathys, Wacki, have come and gone, and come back again before. AC, returned? to his Renuada screen name, and posts occasional updates at Larry's, which is where you'll also find Gryphon, and Dewey.

MAMIL
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that wastes his time with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlemen in England now-a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs'd they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Jgoo's Board.

So put down your manhoods, and get back to posting!
What do you mean "we", have you got a mouse in your pocket?

I am so adjective that I verb nouns!
You really get maudlin this time of year, don't you George?

:sing:
Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
and never brought to mind ?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And days o' auld lang syne

CHORUS:
For auld lang syne, my dear,
for auld lang syne,
we’ll tak a cup o’ kindness yet,
for auld lang syne.

And surely ye’ll be your pint-stoup !
And surely I’ll be mine !
And we’ll tak a cup o’ kindness yet,
for auld lang syne.

CHORUS

We twa hae run about the braes,
and pou’d the gowans fine ;
But we’ve wander’d mony a weary fit,
sin’ auld lang syne.

CHORUS

We twa hae paidl’d in the burn,
frae morning sun till dine ;
But seas between us braid hae roar’d
sin’ auld lang syne.

CHORUS

And there’s a hand, my trusty fiere !
And gies a hand o’ thine !
And we’ll tak a right gude-willie-waught,
for auld lang syne.
:sing:
The dogma lives loudly within me.

Is that what "tak a right gude-willie-waught," means?

Red Rice hasn't been around, either. :shrug:
