Me too! So is Julia! His mom and dad are HUGE!! Right now, I call him a "pretty good Pyrenees," since he's (comparatively) small. LOL When he's full-grown, he will weigh between 100-125 lbs. |

Awesome Frank! That looks like a great dog. I hope you have fun with her. I bet she's a handful. Just keep your leather shoes tucked away somewhere! Pets are great. Do your cats get along with her? |

Him. And no, the cats are sooooo pissed. LOL!! We took him into PetsMart to pick up some stuff for him. Puppy chow, a bed, chew hides, etc., and he thoroughly dwarfed every other dog in there, except for a full-grown chocolate Lab. LOL There was an 8-week old pit bull in there, and it looked like an overgrown rat, next to him. LOL |

Yes, "Bear" is his name. Short for "Polar Bear." (My daughter picked the name....) LOL![]() She's been clamoring for a dog for two years, now. She's just turned 10, and dogs and girls are natural allies against the "tyranny" of parents.

Thanks!! They are incredible breeds. Mellow, loyal, friendly, and intelligent, with a hint of stubbornness.

Couple of acres, but not fenced. I'm off to buy a large kennel tomorrow, and I'll probably be taking him out for early morning jogs, which isn't such a bad deal for me, either.

Frank, Bear is beautiful. I love dogs and I especially love big furry dogs. You are going to need ONE LARGE POOPER SCOOPER though. Enjoy that fine fine beast. He/she will love you SO unconditionally. jf |

Yeah... Julia's going to need a backhoe for the cow-patties he's going to be leaving. It's HER dog. SHE'S going to clean up after it! (He said, hopefully, and not without some trepidation...) "Julia!! Get out there and clean up after your dog, because if I have to do it, I'm filling your pillowcase with it!!"

You know better.... It's ok. As long as he doesn't eat it, levae it where it lays. Two acres is enough. He's gorgeous, Frank! |

Frank, that is the cutest puppy I have seen in a long while. I have loved Great Pyrenees dogs ever since I was a kid. My favorite show was this cartoon on Nickelodeon- Belle and Sebastian- Belle being the dog. What a big, beautiful, lovable breed of a dog
