I'm wondering how you chose the name Free Rider? Forgive me if I missed it. Your name makes me think of this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/See_See_Rider I don't know why. :mellow: I chose the name Daniel because I always thought it would be a great name to have. I can say now that it's a little like being called Francis (I believe)-- if it's not shortened to "Dan" it's a little much. ![]() |

Hi Daniel Somebody else asked if I was a "problem" refering to free-riders being in effect free-loaders! No, the name refers to a slang used by skiiers and snowboarders to describe big-mountain riding. Free Riding. It's not ski racing, but rather a way of going where your spirit takes you...rushing forward with gravity on a powder medium controlling your descent while playing with the terrain features like rocks and gullies. Free riding is what I like to do on powder days with my friends and a big grin on my face. |
