Mickey Rooney could play Larry.

The question is who plays Tom?

I already have Dolly Parton playing me.

Oh, no, not Mickey Rooney. :o Got to be someone much taller and sexy, in a grizzled, been around the world a few times kind of look. Hmm, I'll have to think about it.

Dolly Parton, eh? Would you keep her as a blonde, or make her hair brown? It'd be fun to see her without the big blonde thing, actually!

When I was young everyone said I looked like Dr. Kildaire.. when I was in my 40s my wife was convinced I was going to look like James Coburn when I got older. For several years now everyone has told me I look like Ron White. Lately though, I've begun to resemble Homer Simpson........

Perfect casting would have Larry played by another Larry:

Too bad he died earlier this year. Ah, well, I hear this Larry is looking for a job:

Or maybe this Larry:

Which Dr. Kildare? Lew Ayres? Richard Chamberlain?

Aside to Sue: I changed my mind on Dolly. Maybe, this Peg:

Chamberlain.

I looked like his twin when I was in my twenties.

Who's that second guy?

Senator-for-the-moment Larry Craig.

I wonder which, if any, person(s) might not show because they fear exposure of their true self?

Larry, Jolly, Copper, TomK.
I bet these four will not show.

Imagine that a regular member is actually the sock puppet of another regular member, "both" members in good standing, and completely opposed politically, so that nobody would suspect they were actually the same person.

(Not saying that's the case here, but it could be an interesting twist in a movie!)

Hmmm.

I'd show. I doubt I'd be the brash egocentric philistine that I play on a local pianoesque forum, but, I think I could be easily recognisable. I'm really quite sweet and lovable, if I do say so myself.

I admit (as I have always admitted,) the swagger is just a bit of fluff that I throw on for the fun of it.

No. Nothing younger. Nothing older. Just a bit better looking--as Deb is.

I take all of my bad thoughts about you and put them forever in a dark locked box.

I absolutely loved that link.

Even more hilarious than the first! Bravo! I Love it!

How can anything top that except for the long-ago posted link to David Hasselhoff singing "Hooked on a feeling"

I haven't laughed that hard in a while.

Thanks!
