What kind of a dumbass poll is this?

Is there really any question?

Cold, of course.

It's all horrible carp, so who cares, but I suspect if it's cold you don't notice the overwhelmingly disgusting sweetness quite as much. :hat:

Cold. But I do keep some diet Coke in my cupboard in my classroom, and drink it warm. If I put it in the staff room fridge, people steal it!

I very seldom drink it, since beer is so much better, but if I do it had better be cold. Beer, on the other hand, can be drunk warm if necessary and a lot of beers are better served not too cold.

I was hoping this poll was about penis size. I wanted to see what Mrs. D'Oh's response was.

Fancy a nice refreshing chilled beverage, dear?

Are you by chance from the UK originally?

In my opinion, the EU membership of the UK should be revoked until the UK has adopted continental beer temperatures.

The only reason you drink Euro-beer cold is because of how it tastes at room temperature. Britain's solution is very environmentally friendly, and far more intelligent than refrigeration - invent a beer that actually tastes nice at warmer temperature.

I agree, it is a brilliant idea.

The only caveat: it doesn't taste nice at warmer temperatures. In fact, I have the impression that British beer does not taste nice at any temperature

You also appear to be under the misapprehension that expulsion from the EU is some kind of threat -

I am not brave enough to provide any of the responses that occur to me as a rejoinder to that question.

I have met only a few beers that I simply did not like under any circumstances. None of these were English, Irish, or German. All beers have an ideal drinking temperature, but I much prefer drinking good beer at the wrong temperature than not drinking beer at all. My very best wishes to both of you, Klaus and John.
