Exactly. I have no less regard for Salvation Army, but I'd be damned if I'd reward this woman for her rudeness. Even though the money wouldn't be for her, I'm sure these people feel some gratification every time they hear that clink in their bucket. By walking by her as though she was invisible, I wanted to send her a message (hopefully other people did the same) and maybe she'll put two and two together after she's stood there yacking on her phone, in the cold all day, with very little to take back to the mother ship.

I doubt she noticed, so many people walking past her every day and all. If you wanted to send her a message it probably woulda been more potent to have it out with her.

No doubt about it. I'm generally not that confrontational, although the thought did cross my mind. But, I'm also a strong believer in the concept of karma - Every action has a consequence.

Well me too! Why you might even say that her being confronted after those negative actions is karma indeed. ^_^
