HOLY CARP!!!

My youngest daughter wanted a bowling party for her 8th birthday. Happy Birthday sweetie!!! ![]() After slipping on the ice getting out of my truck and slamming down on the pavement landing on my elbow, we proceeded to the bowling alley after much screaming out in pain blah blah blah. Good thing it was my left arm otherwise I would not have been able to bowl. Man it feels like I may have broken something because I hurt like hell still! The pain goes from the elbow all the way up the arm around the shoulder blade and into the side of my neck! DAMN! I can move the arm but if I hold it straight out to the side of my body I cannot raise very far without discomfort but I can raise it fully. If I tilt my head to the right my neck hurts on the left front side. Anyway! We had a great bowling party. Started out with a 159 then a 140. But my third game. Oh man did I find my groove! ![]() Yeah! That felt good! But my body feels like crap. 4 Ibuprofen taken 15 minutes ago. Waiting for it to disolve so I can start with the scotch therapy.

Random FML: Today, I was fired by my boss in front of my coworkers. It would have been nice if I could have left the building before they started celebrating. FML The founding of the bulk of the world's nation states post 1914 is based on self-defined nationalisms. The bulk of those national movements involve territory that was ethnically mixed. The foundation of many of those nation states involved population movements in the aftermath. When the only one that is repeatedly held up as unjust and unjustifiable is the Zionist project, the term anti-semitism may very well be appropriate. - P*D | |
