Isn't the ball girls use in basketball smaller? If so, aren't the hoops the same size? If so...this is unfair!! I want to play basketball with a larger hoop!!!That is all.

The Confederate soldier was peculiar in that he was ever ready to fight, but never ready to submit to the routine duty and discipline of the camp or the march. The soldiers were determined to be soldiers after their own notions, and do their duty, for the love of it, as they thought best. Carlton McCarthy | |

While their balls may indeed be smaller, they are truly the best ball handlers I've ever seen. |

And now for something completely different.... Seriousness. My wife bought me a basket ball for Christmas one year. I went to shoot some hoops at the Catholic school down the street. I thought I was suddenly a star. I hadn't played much since Jr. high and had only played a bit in high school and college. Now here I was - able to dribble. I could almost palm the ball! I was curious and checked out the ball. It was a woman's ball and is smaller. My fingers are relatively short. Strange, but with a girl's ball I can play more like a man. Anyway, moved away from the the Catholic school so I never play now. My girls use it these days. Good thing I don't have any sons. |
