HOLY CARP!!!
Who has a Jeep?

Isn't it a little wierd? Do you park next to other Jeeps in parking lots? We seem to see them all grouped together. Any other odd stuff? (George and Frank seemed to have mentioned they own one, too.)

(Our odd thing--we have a Wrangler--but my youngest daughter and I always salute--Commanders when we see them.)

I used to have an eight cylinder CJ5 back in the 70's.

It was fantastic for picking up guys.

Nice for my wife.

Liberty is the "nice people's" Wrangler. Seems like the same vehicle.

1999 Grand Cherokee. 104K miles. Not many problems other than wear and tear.

Would I buy another? No way. Much too "trucky" on the highway. I need AWD (in Wisconsin my driveway is rather steep), and I bought this, thinking I might haul a horse trailer - right. I am as far from a Jeep fanatic as you can get. I've never gone off-road, save around our pool in Wisconsin to haul water softener salt up to the basement. Had to drive over the grass. :cool2:

Looking at replacing next year, perhaps. Those new Hyundai's look nice. They're quiet, good warantee, etc.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

No one in a Jeep has ever waved to me. Maybe it's because...

VW people used to be like that in the late 50's and 60's. They would flash their headlights at each other as they passed by.

Of course, I was 19, wild and always had a couple of friends with me.

Lot of good memories especially the drives to Ocean City.

NO!!!!

I thought they were upscale. Unless you're under 25 you certainly would want to drive for more than 4 hours in a Wrangler. But a Liberty is pretty nice.

I like them a lot. Actually the Limited--is very nice.

I love my Wrangler. I bought it brand new in '98. I've done all of the modifications and work on it, myself. I wave to other Wrangler and CJ drivers. And yeah, if there's a spot open next to another Wrangler in a parking lot, I'll park next to it. :thumb:
