HOLY CARP!!!
|
Are you the sort of person that is always running late/arriving late for work/appointments/meetings/gatherings/_______________? I am. First off, I have trouble getting up in the morning. Not a morning person. It takes many 'snooze' buttons before I actually get up. As for the rest of the day, I just leave getting ready for the last minute, and end up running late. I'm somewhere between 'Usually' and '50/50' |

I am almost always on time for things, but you don't want to be around me at departure time. Always, always, a mad rush, panic, etc. I keep thinking I should grow up and get out of that mode, but am beginning to think it's a permanent affliction. Am setting very bad example for the teen.

HOLY CARP!!!

My mom always made us be one of those "arrive 10 or 15 minutes early" families. When I left home for college I kept that up for a while, but over time got a little more lax. By senior year, after spending a school year amongst the siesta-taking, cafe- cultured Spanish, I was probably more often late than I was on time. These days, I'm rarely late, and rarely early. Just right

My dad prides himself on never ever being late. I can think of worse things to base a life's philosophy on, especially considering the truth of the old addage that 90% of success is showing up on time every day. |
| As a good person, I implore you to do as I, a good person, do. Be good. Do NOT be bad. If you see bad, end bad. End it in yourself, and end it in others. By any means necessary, the good must conquer the bad. Good people know this. Do you know this? Are you good? | |

I'm always early. I'm one of those people who gets everywhere a half hour before I'm supposed to. I've spent a lot of time driving around blocks and reading books in parking lots as a result.

I think being late is incredibly rude. If you set a time for something then stick to it. If you know you can't make it, set the time later. x |

I cannot abide being kept waiting or keeping others waiting. At least have the decency to call at the very instant you know you will be. |
