It looks great, Peggy. The only suggestion I would make is the title bar - The font is maybe a little too subtle - it's kind of overwhelmed by everything else. But it's really well done! :)

Thanks, Dol. I have a logo selected to go to the right in the title bar. I'm just waiting for it from the graphic designer and that should help. Or I guess I could go bigger. I have to wait and see. Hopefully I'll get it from her soon. If I can't get it then I'll have to do something else with his name because you're right.

Again, thanks! I need all the feedback I can get.

Finally
The FIRST thing I look at with a site is how easily navigable it is. If I have to hunt for a way to get back to the homepage, if I can't see clear menus and if I get lost in a dead-end page, it's a loser.

None of that applies here. Well done! It even LOOKS like Florida!

Thanks, guys. But, seriously. If you see anything that needs fixing or changed, I'd appreciate the input. I was worried that it was turning out too feminine. But I've been told "not". Mark hasn't seen it yet. So, we'll see. I have several different templates I've been working on but this is my favorite.

Again, thanks!

It looks really good.

A few observations:

On the Our Programs page, under Adjustable Rate Mortgage, the mixture of figures and the word "ten" in "1, 3, 5, 7, or even ten years" doesn't look right to me. But if you prefer it that way, that's fair enough. And under Second Mortgage, should it be "payment of PMI" instead of "payment PMI"? Also, I think that "BI-WEEKLY" looks better than "BIWEEKLY" but that's just a personal preference.

On the Testimonials page, "Dennis Smith" is not lined up with the other names. And you have "withour" instead of "without" in Patti Amick's testimonial.

On the Mortgage News page, you have "Sub-Prime" with a hyphen, but without a hyphen on the Our Programs page. I don't know what "FHA" stands for on the Mortgage News page. But maybe it's a well-known abbreviation for people who would normally be reading your website.

Thank you, Ballyhoo! You're suggestions and corrections are exactly what I'm looking for. You've been a MAJOR help. I plan on working on it again this weekend.

Thanks so much!

Looks really good, justme! One thing, is the company called 'Performance Mortgage'? that's what I get from the Mission entry, but that name doesn't appear to be on the home page.

Love the pictures!!!!
