My personal favorite ridiculous statement by Reid:

Quote:

“I’m not going to get into a name-calling match with somebody who has a 9 percent approval rating.”

It would be unwise to underestimate what large groups of ill-informed people acting together can achieve. -- John D'Oh, January 14, 2010.

HOLY CARP!!!
I heard on the radio yesterday that newspapers in Afghanistan gave Reid's "The war is lost" statement front page coverage on page one. What a stupid, damaging statement - even if he believes it.

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.

Ridiculous because he's insulting Cheney in the very same sentence he says he's not going to get into a name-calling contest with him.
