It would be unwise to underestimate what large groups of ill-informed people acting together can achieve. -- John D'Oh, January 14, 2010.

I think a third party of social conservative ex-Rebulicans is a great idea!

“Says Craig Shirley, a public relations executive who represents many conservative groups and who has written a book on the Reagan revolution: "There's anger, there's angst, there's dismay in the conservative movement." Some activists, Shirley adds, have even begun talking quietly among themselves about forming a third party.”

Great idea. The Barge will just love that. It fits right into their plan. Hillary will be elected president in 2008 come what may and a third party would do nothing but help her, as the same did to help her husband back in 92.

As one who is generally a social conservative myself, I have more respect for a Republican who is socially moderate and honest about it, than one who would obviously be pretending.

While we're splitting up parties, let's split up the democrats too. They need to split into the 3 factions that make up their ranks:

1. Communists and Socialists
2. Brainless antiwar radicals, old 60s hippies
3. Normal thinking people who are in the party out of habit.

Group 3 is the smallest group.
