We had Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve.

Roast Turkey and gravy
my sister's amazing from scratch stuffing
spinach and artichoke casserole
tomato aspic
rolls

some nice cabernet (don't recall the label)

Edy's peppermint ice cream topped with sauce of
chocolate fudge recipe brought just below soft ball stage -
it turns hard on the ice cream - to die for
You can never get enough of what you don't need to make you happy.

I ate way too much!!

We were at my mom & dad's

She did both Ham & Turkey
A baked bean dish with about 3 different kinds of beans and beef and slow cooks all day.
Potato Salad
Taffy Apple Salad - So good like peanut butter & apples!!
Rolls

Nice and simple and all excellent.

Christmas cookies and coffee for dessert.

Of course this was all after breakfast and munching during the day. Tooooo much food.
