Be careful that you don't think of this as post hoc, ergo propter hoc. It could just mean that the Republicans were just a whole lot more efficient. (I'll leave it to you to determine at what.) |

Congress' embarassing record over the last couple years when it comes to hours logged is horrible. There absolutely should be a minimal time of active participation (and a maximum time of campaigning) while in office. |
