I want Larry to answer this, so I've bumped it.

He's freakin' great from the clips I've heard. And he claims he was lubed at the time. Please Larry or someone, repost those clips! I need some joy here on the prairie. :D .

I want to get a big old restored 8 ft. Bechstein out of Larry somehow. It's my mission in life. Then I'll die happy.

I also want to hear about the flood in Atlanta. I was a nymph then over at PW & never really understood the whole thing.

So what kind of piano do you play and what do you play on it?

I have several, Tom. In my living room is a 9'2" Bechstein. I've sold a couple, but there's a few more scattered around the house, one is a 6'7" or so 1920s Knabe rococco style artcase that I restored a few years ago, there's a Mason Hamlin A that I restored and an old Hamilton mirror upright that my mother bought for 200 bucks that was my first real working piano. Still have it. I have a 7' Decker Brothers 1912 or something like that that I plan on restoring one of these days sitting in my shop, an absolute jewel.

As for what kind of music I play........ whichever kind is paying the most at the time...... :D

I've got the drinking off to a tee. Maybe I need to start working on the piano now.
