Does anyone else have a hard time seeing the religious right voting for a Mormon?

In 1960 - the question was "Can anyone here see Baptists voting for a Catholic?"
or "Can anyone see a Christian voting for a man who's been divorced."

I think we're past that.

Ask yourself this question, Ben - Why does the religious Right like Joe Lieberman?

I used to like Mitt a lot and thought I would support him, but lately he has been pandering to the religious right.

I have had enough of that during the last six years.

The real question is whether anyone who doesn't pander to the religious right has a prayer of getting nominated for President in the Republican Party.

He supported the war.

I'm not saying Romney won't get a good number of votes, I'm saying it will be a fraction of the usual huge number the GOP usually gets.

By your statement I assume that only the Religious Right are social conservatives?
