Rhapsody in Orange

HOLY CARP!!!
A friend wrote a rhapsody for my best friend as a birthday present. Her favorite color is orange, hence the title. It's SO cool! We haven't heard it, but I've played some of the parts on piano.

We are considering entering it in the school's soloist competition, since it is a trumpet concerto. Tracy would play the trumpet, and I'd play the bass (the two often play together).

Ok...my music :nerd: moment is over...
Except yesterday our composition class of nine members spent the whole hour playing lots of two-minute improvisations, with titles and styles chosen by our professor.

Ok...NOW it's over.
:leaving:
And how are you today?

I am so adjective that I verb nouns!
Is your friend a synaesthete?

Sounds cool (I mean, of course, hot).

I had no idea what that word was. There's my "learn something new every day" accomplishment.

And how are you today?

Not particularly.

It just dead ends the thread. Ok with me.

The answer to the original question is, of course, no.

He is an awesome musician though.
