I know M&M is in...anyone is welcome.

Rules are simple if you want to participate: Pick a day, weigh yourself and report in. Hopefully the peer pressure of public reporting will keep you motivated. I'll start:

36yo male, 5'11"

Week 1: 174lbs this morning.

Don't get discouraged if you don't seem like your meeting the goal...as long as you're headed in the right direction! My ultimate goal is 160.

For those that aren't participating, excuse the necessary bumps to keep this thread in view.
So live your life and live it well.
There's not much left of me to tell.
I just got back up each time I fell.

Day 1: 205 lb.

Goal: 185 lb. (but realistically, 190 lb.)

I think so. Maybe we could ask one of the moderators to pin it at the top?

Nope. I just want to be able to fit into one, should we magically win the lottery and go on some fancy tropical vacation or something.

Can you still be included if you don't want the world to know what you weigh?

Sure, plays, for these purposes, your official current weight is 50 pounds. What would you like it to get down to?

I don't see why not. Everybody else here added 2 lbs to their curret weight so they will show an impressive first week. :hide:

Hmmm...I'm wondering if I should jump in on this. I'm at 138lbs right now, and would love to get down to 130lbs again (I went down to 129lbs last summer, but it was totally stress/depression induced).

I'll have to think on it. A few pounds would be nice, but I'm not sure 129 was a healthy weight for me, either...

Alright, well I pinned this topic so it won't keep getting bumped each day. If in 2 weeks it turns out to be an unactive topic and/or we all say "Screw this! I want some pie!", then we can un-pin it.

Secondly, here's mine...

24-years old
Male
6'0" tall

Today: 203
Goal: 180

But for INSPIRATION! IT CAN BE DONE!! See below.

Honestly, logging your weight each day was motivation enough for me to eat relatively healthy (eat breakfast, eat a light lunch and/or keep lunch's leftovers for dinner), drink lots of water (which I'm not addicted to), and work out when you can. I suggest those three items.

Wow, I need to update that chart! I'm at 203...and I haven't worked out all of August. Then again, that's probably why I've only lost 3 pounds this month.
