Something To Think About

Armand Hammer comes up in conversations once in a while. I've not read extensively about him. He was a moderately successful industrialist who became even richer on "negotiated" trade with Russia. Al Gore Sr. was one of his protégés. The Gores are also related to other British and European continental families. They were sort of people with small fry royal pretensions looking for a leg up; being willing to do the Barge's bidding, which in this case amounted to Hammer being set up by British and American banking and industrial interests as a front man for enough trade to keep the Soviet bear happy, while Gore helped keep the home front quiet about it. Nothing much has changed with the Gores as was quite apparent from the 2000 campaign. But being willing isn't always the same as being chosen. The Bush family has had the inside track, being closer to the sources of power and influence in this world. The whole thing is like a web built on personal connections and loyalty to an overriding or underlying set of goals and objectives that all instinctively share.

Remember that one of the assets of The Barge is its ability to co-opt its enemies (Imagine hundreds of Karl Roves). Even so, I think a lot of the top membership in secret societies, clubs, espionage organizations, banking and finance has concluded that swallowing Islam would be the poison pill to Western civilization. Clearly other means will be entertained.

I'm feeling too lazy tonight to do the Photoshopping to make the obvious Adnan Hajj joke.

And you grew up on British food!?!?

Surely your stomach is stronger than that!

Nothing is as effective as homeopathy.

I'd rather listen to an hour of Abba than an hour of The Beatles.
