I'm sick to death of these wayward, free-form, haphazard messes that some people call gardens. It's time we returned to the gardening wisdom of the English from whence this great nation sprang forth into bloom.

And we'll have none of your fancy Tuscan-style gardening, either, thank-you-very-much.

Sounds like you're a strict garden constructionist, Matt -- the French are much more orderly than the picturesque and arcadian English ideal.
