The BevWizard Wine Enhancer It probably improves your mileage in your hybrid too, if you run your gasoline through it. Big Al |

Okay, this is certainly interesting (and in my neck of the woods, as it were). I'm gonna read up on this today and see if there's any truth to it. ![]() EDIT Nevermind, didn't take long but basically this is pseudo-science hard at work. Polymerization or no, unless they flocculate and you take them out of the wine, you're still drinking the same stuff down. Very convenient that flocculation doesn't occur though, so I suppose you can never see this process at work. Just gotta take their word for it. |

Sorry, but this is just a silly gadget. Save your money and buy another bottle. If you want a no-tannin grape beverage, think Welch's. Tannin is an integral part of the balance of a good wine, as is acid. Some wines have more, some less, largely depending on how long they were left fermenting on the skin . Buy lighter wines if you don't want so much tannin. There's nothing new here. Decanting wine is not rocket science. |

Yeah, but the "high-intensity magnetic field" is a new spin that I thought was rather humorous. Yes, magnets, oxygen... anti-oxidants and the such. You're not going to disagree with a product that mentions any of those.

Sure I am. I don't want no high intensity magnetic fields mucking with my beverages.
