Really amazing lb! MP, those orange orchids really were gorgeous. I've never seen anything like them. Here are a couple other pics from that orchid show, 89th, you'll have to forgive the presence of human life in the second one ![]()

You know, being a good photographer has nothing to do with it. It's all about pouring your emotions into things. Like, when i took that i was feeling incredibly sad in a lost, lonely kind of way. It really comes out in the picture (well, i think it does). It's funny how art can imitate life like that... x |

Deb, that picture of the orchid and your daughter (she is you daughter, right? She's just beautiful and she looks just like you) should be submitted to a greeting card company for consideration. It touches something when I look at it. |

yes you are Matt...the last one is particularly nice...I like the bug on the yellow flower and the shallow depth of field makes that flower really pop. Steve, thank you, yep, that's my youngest child. Plays, your photographs are remarkable. Sue, I love the one of the County Hall. Everybody tell what you're shooting with huh? I'm thinking about how much I want Kenny's Nikon a LOT lately. |

You stole my garden!! .....![]() ![]() ![]() And this one i particularly love. You may think it is out of focus, however, these little critters can't half move. They're about millimetre in size and they swarn around on the outside widow ledges and doors in summer. They kindof freak me out but it was so amazing that my photo could capture one where you can actually SEE the spider. They look like just red dots with a human eye. ![]() ![]() x |

It's actually the view from a lookout on Rt. 218 along the Hudson River (right outside West Point Military Academy). I grew up in Cornwall. Most of my photography comes from that area. The other pictures are taken up Black Rock Forest/Storm King Mountain. |
