I listed a pint because that is the largest measurable quantity I have eaten in a day (one entire carton of Ben & Jerry's). However, thinking back, I have probably eaten more a couple of times years ago. I don't know the exact quantity, but I've been in ice cream parlors in Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, and Grand Rapids, Minnesota 30-40 years ago that had giant sundaes made with something like 8 scoops of ice cream along with bananas, toppings, etc. I ate a few of those, usually because someone said "I'll bet you can't" and I imagine 8 scoops is more than a pint. Any more, if someone says "I'll bet you can't" I just say, "No, you're right. I can't". Big Al |

I couldn't give a measurement- not even a guesstimate- but I was known to sometimes have up to three or four separate dishes of ice cream in one day from our college cafeteria. I'm sincerely surprised I didn't gain more weight than I did. |

No idea, since ice cream isn't on my list of "things I have eaten a crapload of". A pint, maybe? |
