I voted The Squid and the Whale- the only one I've seen, and a decent movie. It was weird at first, but by the ending it grew on me.

ZOOOOOM!
I do not suggest Pride and Prejudice as I have serious disdain for Jane Austen. Either of the other two are good.

The only possible reason for a man to watch Pride and Prejudice is if you're with a woman and are hoping for a bit of recognition of your sensitive side later on in the evening.
