HOLY CARP!!!

I drive about 20,000 miles a year. I'd be spending $3800.00 (1315 gallons) for fuel in the Expedition versus $1200.00 (401 gallons) in the Hybrid for a $2600.00 yearly savings. That fuel cost savings pays the car payment, 10 out of 12 months. Sweet.

Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism. We have the freedom to choose our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences. | |

I drive about 14,000...and have a medium sized sedan, so instead of paying $1,600 a year...I would be paying 800. It basically cuts everything I'm using (gas, money, etc.) in half. But unless you could find me a hybrid for $12K or less, it isn't worth the savings. Right now hybrids are costing between 20 and 30K. The savings from it wouldn't level out for a couple years. |

One problem, Kenny. As a 23-24 year old, I'm sure 89th would probably be financing his car. Finance companies would be unlikely to finance someone his age on cars that old, with that much mileage. |
| The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it. | |

Thanks for the search, Kenny. My car currently has 119,000 miles on it and runs really well. If I were to get a hybrid (or a new car in general) it would have to have less than 50 or 60 thousand miles. Also the reasons LD pointed out... |

They don't list the Lexus 400h as a hybrid. Morons. |
