I always like to play 'Knees Up Mother Brown' by West Ham FC. It leads to a very moving and spiritual experience.

It has the added advantage of being about 45 seconds in duration. Ravel's Bolero? Yeah, right. Maybe if I played it at 78rpm*. * - You need to be an old fart to get this one. |

Why use music? Personally, I think it's nothing but a distraction. When in bed (or on the couch, or the washing machine, or the exercise machine, or the......), I dedicate every single sense I posess, very bit of concentration I own, to my partner, and expect the same from them. Music just bores things up. Plus, there's not many albums long enough to do the job, and it would get really boring putting them on repeat play.
|
| The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it. | |
