Interesting article, covering a point which I believe raises it's ugly head from time to time ( ) by Professor of War Studies in King's College London.

What makes a Civil War?

I tell you what, Professor of War Studies is a way better job title than Professor of Peace Studies.

In case you're worried that I might be indoctrinating you with subliminal liberalism, he is actually a professional historian (he was the official historian for the Falklands War), and hasn't, to my knowledge at least, ever written for Rolling Stone magazine. He may even vote Conservative.
What do you mean "we", have you got a mouse in your pocket?
