A federal jury finds al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui eligible to be executed for his role in the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. There will now be a second phase of the trial to determine if he is, in fact, sentenced to death, or instead is sent to prison for life. |
