If you click on the link it takes you to

http://69.254.53.160:202/chaseonline.chase...o_home.jsp.html

There you're asked for your CC#, SS#, PIN, etc.

Notice the numbers before 'chaseonline'? Yep, it's a fraud. The 'padlock' is on the webpage itself, not in the menubar of the browser.

They're getting pretty good.

Never ever ever EVER click on a link in an e-mail that's sent to you by a 'bank.'

Just type in 'chaseonline.com' in your browser, and look for the padlock in the browser menubar, and make sure it says https (not http) - the 's' is for secure.

I got one of those the other day as well.

BTW, do you have a Chase account? I wonder if their system has been compromised?

Why don't you PM me your account number and SSN, and I'll check it out for you?

You'll need my PIN as well. I'll send it in just a moment. Don't, under any circumstances leave your computer - it may not be secure!

Damn! I am shocked that some people actually seem to have given real info!!!

Do we have a moral obligation to contact them and tell them they've been scammed? :hair:

I noticed a lot of them that appeared to be real info had an .EDU email address which tells me they are students. Unbelievable.

On a side note, did you see where Jack Frost ( ) answered. Really. Go look.
Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments
and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism.
