Truck Carrying Beehives Crashes on Highway 6 March 20th, 2006 @ 7:16am (KSL News) A 78-year-old Tooele man is in critical condition and a load of beehives is destroyed after a car accident on US Highway Six. Vance Keele was driving east in a pickup truck near Eureka when he drifed off to the side of the road. Keele overcorrected and the truck rolled -- at least once -- through oncoming traffic and landed right-side up on the westbound shoulder. Keele was rushed to a hospital in Payson. Keele was returning from California, carrying a cargo of beehives. |
