HOLY CARP!!!
Have any experience with Human Patient Simulators? I just spent some time this afternoon learning a bit about them. One part of a facility that we're starting to design for a local hospital will be a simulation center, with one adult HPS and one "PediaSIM". Pretty interesting technology.

Finally
Dwain, can I jump in here?

The anesthesiology community is very heavily interested in patient simulation.
Here's a list of software programs that are in use:

I used to work at Northwestern, and I still have contact with one person who is in their simulator department. PM me and I'll give you his name/etc.

Don't know if that's what you're looking for, but perhaps it can give you some leads.
