NAK-1.0
Senior Carp
Recorded 20 minutes ago on an mp3 player. I haven't listened to it, but I know it falls apart a few times. Long-winded, gushy, tending toward sudden dynamic shifts and mood changes but lacking any real depth - just like me - here is my Clair de Lune.

HOLY CARP!!!
Nak,
I'll have to listen to it tomorrow on the other computer which has speakers. I'm very eager to do so. I haven't heard you play in soooo long.

Can't wait.. I'm sure it's beautiful.

Nak, hardly without depth. A wonderful piece of music, played beautifully. Well done. :thumb:

Nice job NAK! I need to listen again on my office pc as I got a little crackly on my laptop but your playing was very nice.

NAK, very nice. This is one of my favorite pieces to play and I haven't perfected the ending just yet. It's very easy to let yourself go and play fast, but it takes patience and a good touch play this piece slow and correct. Thanks for posting.

It's beautiful NAK ... and yes it has depth, just like you. :)

Each time you play something NAK, you add different emotions to it. Today the Debussy may seem lacking to you, tomorrow it may seem more emotional, deeper. Nothing wrong with this. Our moods are dynamic. Our music is dynamic too.

{Whoa that does seem profound! Ha, unlike NAK, I do lack talent!}

I only liked parts of it. I thought the arpeggios were very nicely articulated, but the slow passages were a bit too rubato for my taste. The wait for the next note almost became painful at times.
