That was interesting, thanks Jolly.

I have to admit that I'm a little surprised by the statistics for UK muslims, as it seems to conflict rather with my personal experience. I wonder how many of the muslims without any qualifications were born outside the UK, and how many are women. My experience was that a large number of British born Pakistani (1st and 2nd generation Brits) put a high priority on education for males, although perhaps not as much as the Hindu Indians did.

Of course, my experience is purely anecdotal, so make of it what you will, and take it with appropriate amounts of salt.

Now THAT was an interesting read. Now I cannot vouch for the validity of the research, but the conclusion of Islam as a backward, archaic faith that holds followers back would certainly explain a lot of it. Not to mention how they convince human beings to sacrifice their own lives in pointless attacks on their own.
