I took this photo of our son Richard and our 4 month old puppy Ollie yesterday. I think it will be the cover of our Christmas cards this year!

Lovely pictures, Fizzygirl and Kenny! I have to agree, though, Santa's not lookin' all so cheery; nice picture otherwise. Maybe you could photoshop him out. :silly:

Yeah, and photoshop in KB's Santa! He's much friendlier looking.

Great holiday pictures :)

Nice photo, Fizzy. You can't go wrong with a kid and a dog, especially when they're both cute.

I like your and Jose's puppies, too, Kenny. I wonder if your Santa is at work on his own version of the Santaland Diaries.

HOLY CARP!!!
I agree about Santa.
His facial expression ruins the pic.

Jose really really wants a Santa pic of us though.
There is one other one with a slightly better Santa face, but everyone else looks like crap.
Here are both.

I have Photoshop at work but I'm a Photoshop dummy.
Maybe I can figure out how to replace the bad Santa face with the better one.

I'd say definitely the first one; can't really see Santa's eyes, and that's good, I think. It's not really about him, he shouldn't draw too much attention! Second one looks like he's rolling his eyes. Not so good. Very cute pictures, though.

What a cute couple fizzy! How old is your son? A beautiful pic for a Christmas card!

Death is simply a shedding of the physical body like the butterfly shedding its cocoon. It is a transition to a higher state of consciousness where you continue to perceive, to understand, to laugh, and to be able to grow.

Actually the bad photo is sort of cool, in a Diane Arbus kind of way.
Santa rolling his eyes as two gay guys pose with their frufru dogs. :rolleyes2:
It is almost too perfect.

I wonder how many recipients would get the irony.

'
funny - i showed the pic to mr. apple.. now he is one of those straight guys and he said "isn't that the guy who painted that doorknob? I am so glad he is able to go out and have fun with those darling dogs and take a fun picture with Santa"

mr. apple has come a long way
it behooves me to behold

My son is 12 going on 32!
He has been begging us for a puppy for 3 years now. So we finally decided to run with it. Ollie is a wild pup, but a lot of fun. Right before I snapped this photo, he and Richard were wrestling on the bed. I think Ollie won - he has sharper teeth!

Fizzy, don't let the dog get out of hand! A dog needs some discipline in its life just like kids do. If he learns he can snap and bite to get his way, you won't keep him very long.

I'd say that advice applies equally well to wives.

 but they're much more expensive to get rid of. Taking them out in the woods and shooting them is definitely frowned on.

No worries Al - we have things under control. We have been redirecting his biting to objects like bones instead of people! Once his teething subsides I think he will be a little calmer. My son likes to get him riled up when he gets home from school and they run all over the place and play. I love hearing the laughter and puppy growls.
