Dwain,

I have to vote for two township trustees tomorrow, and the problem is I know most of the candidates all too well. I wish you were running down here.

In any event, best of luck to you.. I hope you slaughter the competition!!!! :thumb:

Heh, thanks folks. It's going to be interesting the next 30 hours.

We had a bit of an issue with "someone" stealing some of our signs late last night - most notably, at the entrance to my own neighborhood, where ours had disappeared and an opponent's had magically appeared. Honoring my pledge to taking the high road, and not stealing any opponent's signs, I simply replaced our signs - two, actually; one about six inches out from, and directly in front of, both sides of the opponent's sign.

Man, I'm telling you, it's just like Junior High all over again. :D

Yeah, we get that nonsense too.. one candidate, who was prosecuted fro stealing opponents's signs, still got elected, much to my chagrin and the utter ruination of the township.

Now his cohort, the township clerk who has cause naught but strife since she was elected, is running for trustee.

Deerfield Township is the fastest growing part of the fastest growing county in Ohio, and one of the fastest in the nation. Their MO is slow development down by not allowing anyone to do anything. The land will all be developed one way or another, the only question is can we fill these spaces with desireable, high quality development, under strict zoning standards.
