I am the grey one
I am a subscriber to Google Earth Pro (was Keyhole 2). It is very useful in my work and I find it fascinating as a diversion.

There is a line we cross when we go from "I will believe it when I see it" to "I will see it when I believe it".

I am so adjective that I verb nouns!
I always thought it was supposed to be "green"!

So, three questions -- how far apart are the landing sites?

Why are they clumped so (apparently) closely?

What is the cause of the apparent "belt" of relatively flat and unpocked land in the center of the image -- a runway for the chariots of the gods?
The dogma lives loudly within me.

I was captivated by it today. So many things to do!

I really, really like the driving directions function, where you can zoom in to the very lane you need to take for an exit, and also tilt the view so that you can see the upcoming road.

Unbelievable.

Although I used it to check out the Amalfi Coastal Road in Italy that I road a scooter on a few months ago and the resolution sucked! I then used maps.google.com and the resultion was MUCH better. Kinda weird how they don't combine the two image sources.
