About the spells put around Hogwarts by Dumbledore that the article mentions: I'm positive that they must be gone now. Afterall, Harry left his magical bind lift after Dumbledore died, so doesn't it make sense that all forms of his magic are now gone as well? Also, he was secret keeper for Grimmauld Place. Where does this put that at now?

I just read this post on another HP message board I post on, which does actually make a lot of sense about the spells of the dead wearing off:

I don't think all of your magic becomes undone when you die. For instance, Hogwarts has tons of magical enchantments- but they don't have to be redone with every headmaster (or if they did, that would be really weird). Maybe there is a certain permanence to some spells (perhaps those done to the innanimate?) and a temporariness to others (those meant to be short-term spells, like body-binds). So while Harry's curse may have worn off, protection magics Dumbledore put in place probably won't. Though I don't know about Grimwauld place- what happens when a secret keeper dies?

So I don't think Trewalny is in particular danger- she doesn't seem to remember the prophecies, nor has Voldemorte mentioned her as a source of interest when he knew he lost the prophecy. I don't think Dumbledore's death would change that at all, even if he is protecting her, I don't think the protection will go away. And if she were in any danger, she definitly wouldn't see it coming.

Harry will definitely return to Hogwart's this next year. Not as a student, I think they will probably close it up, but the course of his adventures will bring him full circle. He will need to visit Dumbledore's office. He will need to see Hagrid (who would probably stay there). When he does return, however, Hogwarts is not going to be the safe comfortable home that Harry's always known......
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.
