HOLY CARP!!!
How do I build a six-pack?

I tried last summer; by the time I stopped doing my situps (at the end of the summer), I was up to 500 or 600 situps each morning (in sets of 125-150). That was really tough, and all it did was make me really, really skinny!

For $8,000,000 Arnold will be happy to tell you -- as long as you also look at all the ads for drugs and enhancments that surround his comments in his magazines.

Crunches. From the few exercise lessons I've taken, crunches are promoted over sit-ups for ab-workout.

Various Ab workouts are needed to build the actual six pack, but you may also need to do some cardio if you want to minimize the layer of fat between your ab muscles and your skin. The skinnier you are, the easier it is to have a visible six pack.

I've been trying crunches lately, and have ended up with a sore neck and back. How do I prevent that from happening?

That's what I meant. I was doing crunches.

Apparantly, as a friend of mine told me, Britney Spears does 500-1000 crunches every day. Personally, I don't find her music very entertaining; nonetheless, we did our "Britney Bellies" every day, starting at 3 sets of 30 and increasing each set every day by 10.

I lost 10 lbs, but when I'm already borderline "underweight", that's not so good! :whome:
