As you all know, I was trying to figure out a new workout routine that's not as high impact as running, and maybe even a more complete workout. I'm trying out the YMCA for the week...and it's pretty cool! You can swim laps, play basketball, and the coolest part was their workout room. Tons of machines that work every muscle, plus you have an access/ID code that you enter as you walk in, and so when you go up to any weight or cardio machine...you type in your ID again and it sets all the weights and what not to your standard! PLUS you can bring headphones, hook them up to any machine while you're working out and privately listen/watch to any of the dozens of TV's they have in front of you while you work out! Much better than I was expecting. Just thought I'd share.

Identifying narcissists isn't difficult. Just look for the person who is constantly fishing for compliments and admiration while breaking down over even the slightest bit of criticism. We have the freedom to choose our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences.

Random FML: Today, I was fired by my boss in front of my coworkers. It would have been nice if I could have left the building before they started celebrating. FML The founding of the bulk of the world's nation states post 1914 is based on self-defined nationalisms. The bulk of those national movements involve territory that was ethnically mixed. The foundation of many of those nation states involved population movements in the aftermath. When the only one that is repeatedly held up as unjust and unjustifiable is the Zionist project, the term anti-semitism may very well be appropriate. - P*D
