Yeah I had a question about that...I guess they weren't able to pin him at the crime scene, but were able to finger him as the mastermind. He's gonna die soon anyway...might as well get a lil justice outta his old bones! |

An observation... While the verdict is most likely the right one, there are some things I wonder about...how can one successfully convict a person without any forensic evidence, and most of the witnesses dead? Does this make for trial by publicity? |

I assume there was forensic evidence if they found the bodies. Even if "most of" the witnesses are dead, it would only take a couple. My guess is that manslaughter is the best they could prove and hit him with. Going for more probably would have let him walk. |
