I am so adjective that I verb nouns!
I find it interesting that we are constantly and successfully bombarded with advertising, and much of our consumeristic economy is based on pulling our strings and telling us what to buy, and yet we have such a blind spot for the "news" since we somehow think that the news is supposed to be objective and that we aren't being "sold" anything.

I think the media is selling us the bad side of the war for political opportunism. Money and power are at stake, not the concern for the millions of Iraqis that we have freed from an oppressive regime.
The dogma lives loudly within me.

Yeah, there is just SOOO much money involved with the media, that it becomes almost impossible to change anything without legislation.

...not that it's going to happen or anything.
