An odd question

If you had the option of knowing exactly when, where, and how you were going to die...would you choose to know?

(With the caveat that you couldn't change fate.)

"Any man who would make an X rated movie should be forced to take his daughter to see it". - John Wayne

There is a line we cross when we go from "I will believe it when I see it" to "I will see it when I believe it".

Henry II: I marvel at you after all these years. Still like a democratic drawbridge: going down for everybody.

Eleanor: At my age there's not much traffic anymore.

I probably would.

At least you wouldn't have to worry about wearing a seatbelt anymore! :whome:

I'd still wear a seatbelt. Knowing that I won't die if I wreck doesn't guarantee that I won't get seriously injured.

Yup! Just chillin' all day. I took out an old music book I have and just sight-read as much as I could. It's so nice to be able to play the piano without feeling like I'm bound to a single set of pieces! I mean, I love the music from my RCM program, but any longer and they would have become pretty stale.

You're good!

When I was talking to my friend today about the question, I told him I wouldn't have to wear my seatbelt! And then I said...well, actually I could be crippled for life and not know it! :P

I wish I could sight-read fluently.

I'm in the pre-NAK era...I'm bound by a few pieces that I play over and over. Hey I like them at least!

Yeah I saw it once, half-watching cause it was on in the background, but it looked really, really good! Movies like that, which are original and visually stunning, are what movies are all about!

89th, you find that last click area yet? You can see where everyone is at and what they are doing (in TNCR, that is) at all times!
