Still a little too early here to think about dinner, but I just put some chocolate chip/peanut butter cookies in the oven.

Tonight, ita was a gooda meal. For the antipasto (anda for the Presbyterians ina da house, that'sa the appetizer),

Torta Di Congreo:Fresh Maine crab cake with roasted red pepper coulis

Thena to clear the palette, a small cup of minestrone zuppa (soup)

Then fora the maina course, a delightfula Veal scaloppini sautéed witha lobster meat, anda melted mozzarella in a lighta champagne sauce

To complimenta the meal, a nicea Brunello di Montalcino, 1999. A darka ruby wine with a garneta core, red fruit scents interlaced witha spicy cedar, anda packed witha red plum, raspberry, cranberry anda redcurrant flavours.

Fora dessert, a nice Creme Brullee.

I may nota be able to get anyonea to welcomea me to your group, buta I eata good.

Thanka you, thanka you.

Surf and Turf. Grilled lobster tails and filet mignon (medium rare) with baked potatoes and a side salad.

Mark has been so wonderful he deserves a special day.

Also, the oldest announced he's getting married and is coming down from Tampa with his fiance. The youngest is also having a friend over. So, this should be quite a celebration. :)

Getting into full grilling mode. Chicken, asparagus, tomato, bell pepper, vidalia onion kabobs tonight; Along with my favorite pasta salad: Rotini with cubed chedder, scallions, olives, ham, tomato, couple other things I can't think of, and italian dressing; and some corn on the cob. Finish it off with some chilled strawberries, rasberries, and blackberries. A couple of Sam Adams while I'm at the grill (It's such hard work ^_^ ) and relax for some good conversation with an old friend I haven't seen in over a year.
The problem with having an open mind is that people keep trying to put things in it.

Spent the day at the beach swimming and watching the boat races. Picnic food on the grill! Lots of watermelon too.

:woot: yes, but it's not as easy as selling PIANOS! I've sold 3 properties in 3 weeks. the selling part was easy. Now the difficult part starts in getting them to close. Ugh!

and :woot: thank you.
